Fall Leadership Conference (FLC)!

November 1 & 2, 2026

Holiday Inn Stevens Point – Convention Center, Stevens Point, WI

The Fall Leadership Conference (FLC) in Stevens Point is the launchpad for a successful SkillsUSA year. This leadership-focused event brings together SkillsUSA student members, advisors, and state officers from across Wisconsin for training, development, networking, and inspiration.

Through engaging workshops, hands-on team challenges, and inspiring speakers, participants build essential leadership and workplace skills, including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and collaboration. Students connect with peers from across the state, while advisors gain valuable resources and strategies to bring back to their chapters.

At FLC, participants will:

  • Build leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Participate in officer and member training to strengthen local chapters.
  • Gain hands-on experience with the SkillsUSA Framework, which focuses on personal, workplace, and technical skills grounded in academics.
  • Network with students, advisors, state officers, and SkillsUSA leaders from across Wisconsin.
  • Learn strategies for planning and leading successful chapter activities through the Program of Work.
  • Set goals and build momentum for a successful SkillsUSA year, including getting your Chapter started with our Chapter Excellence Program (CEP)!

Whether you’re a first-year member, chapter officer, advisor, or seasoned competitor, FLC is an opportunity to connect, learn, lead, and grow. Attendees leave energized and ready to make the most of their SkillsUSA experience and strengthen their chapters, schools, and communities.

We’re excited to welcome Brian Kenney from Team Extreme Wisconsin to FLC again this year! Brian will lead hands-on sessions focused on team-building, building connections, and creating a thriving team culture.  Don’t miss this opportunity to kick off the SkillsUSA year with new skills, new connections, and new inspiration!
