Registration Tips

  • Saving Spots:
Once you add registrants to an event, their spots are automatically saved — even if you haven’t clicked the Submit Registration button. This allows you to continue adding students over time.

  • Submitting Registration:
When you’re ready, click Submit Registration to generate your invoice. Submitting only once helps avoid creating multiple invoices.

  • Need to Remove a Student?
If a student is no longer attending, please remove them from your registration to free up their spot.

    • If you’ve already submitted your registration, email wisconsinskillsusa@gmail.com to request the change before the registration deadline. A new invoice will be issued.

  • Don’t Forget to Submit and make sure an Advisor is registered:
Be sure to go back and officially submit your registration before the deadline — or you’ll be getting a friendly reminder email!

Event Guidelines

    • Students may enter one event.

    • All contests have limited spots and are first-come, first-served.

    • To ensure fair participation, a maximum entry limit per school (MAX PER SCHOOL) applies for popular events. This limit may be lifted two days before registration closes if space remains.

    • Minimum Participation Requirement: Competitions may be cancelled if the required minimum number of participants is not met.

    • All contestants must bring a resume and wear proper SkillsUSA attire, in accordance with Technical Standards.
