SkillsUSA Wisconsin’s state office is located at the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction in Madison, WI. The state office is located near many other state agencies and is in the shadow of the State Capitol. This five-story building also houses Wisconsin’s State Superintendent of Public Instruction, Carolyn Stanford Taylor.
