  • Wisconsin Annual Dues: Students $13.00 and Advisors $23.00 paid through the Registration site.  Member registration starts Aug. 1st must be complete by March 1st of each year in order to register for State Leadership and Skills Conference (SLSC).  An annual Chapter Affiliation Fee of $250 will apply after the first full year of membership. This invoice will be due by January 1st of each academic year and will be issued by and paid to the Wisconsin Association of SkillsUSA, Inc., PO Box 7841, Madison, WI 53707.
  • SkillsUSA Pathful is also the home of your professional member benefits. The SkillsUSA Framework defines what it means to be career-ready through 17 Essential Elements across three components: personal skills, workplace skills and technical skills grounded in academics. To help you bring these skills to life for every student, your professional membership includes access to the following resources:
    • Framework Integration Toolkit – Videos, lesson plans and experiential activities to help you bring SkillsUSA Framework skills into your classroom.
    • Program of Work Toolkit – Guides, videos and resources to help you plan and deliver impactful chapter activities throughout the year.
    • Work-Based Learning Toolkit – Step-by-step resources that connect classroom learning with real-world experiences. Includes activities that help students explore careers, develop workplace skills and build industry connections while keeping educator workload manageable.
    • SkillsUSA Championships Technical Standards – The official rules, regulations and guidelines for every competition in the SkillsUSA Championships.
    • Professional Development E-Courses – Online courses including the SkillsUSA Framework Certification, CTE Knowledge Certification and Building Self-Motivation in Student Leaders.
    • Middle School Resources – Tools and curriculum to engage middle school members in SkillsUSA programming. Includes activities for current members to mentor younger students in STEM learning and support future recruitment.
    • Advisor Professional Development – A variety of training opportunities, from webinars to classroom sessions to multi-day events, designed to meet diverse advisor needs.
  • Advisors/Chaperones at District and Regional Competitions
    All schools that participate in a district or regional competition are required to have a registered advisor/chaperone present with them. Don’t forget to register this person when you register your students. The registration cost per advisor/chaperone is $5 and that goes to the host school for the provided meal. All advisors who volunteer to coordinate or judge a district competition will be entered into a drawing on the evening of the competition for the opportunity to receive SkillsUSA swag!
  • Chapter Excellence Program (CEP)
    The Chapter Excellence Program (CEP) is the single best way to build a successful SkillsUSA chapter. The CEP recognizes achievement as it relates to the integration of the SkillsUSA Framework in the chapter Program of Work (PoW) activities. Every chapter is encouraged to participate in the CEP, and there are three award levels to recognize program involvement.

SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION

  • 2026 SkillsUSA Wisconsin – Blondheim Scholarship
    • In honor of the 21st anniversary of this scholarship, David and Kerry Blondheim are offering an annual merit-based $500 scholarship to a qualifying SkillsUSA student. The WI State SkillsUSA organization will match this amount, for a total of a $1,000. The scholarship winner will be announced at the 2026 SkillsUSA-Wisconsin Championships. SCHOLARSHIP ORIGIN – David Blondheim Jr. and Kerry Kassie met as Wisconsin state officers during the 1999-2000 school year. Their friendship forged in SkillsUSA led to their marriage in 2006. SkillsUSA changed the course of their lives, and they wanted to provide a scholarship to students similarly influenced by the organization. The first scholarship was given at the 2006 State Conference. Applications are due by March 27, 2026. Click for Scholarship Application
  • 2026 SkillsUSA Wisconsin Freemasons of Chetek Scholarship
    • The Freemasons of Chetek are proud to support the next generation of skilled tradespeople. They are offering a $500 scholarship to a deserving high school student who is an active member of SkillsUSA and plans to pursue training in a trade or technical career. Applications are due by March 1, 2026. The scholarship will be presented at the Wisconsin State Meeting in early 2026. Click to download application.
