District Events take place early in the school year and are designed as a learning experience for students. Typically hosted by local high schools, these events feature a variety of competitions that highlight the district’s strengths and showcase local programs.
Smaller in scale, District Events serve as both a fundraiser for the host school and a low-pressure opportunity for students to gain experience. Think of them as an introduction to how competitive events work — a great starting point for new participants.
These events are organized and run by local advisors, teachers, and professionals from business and industry, offering students valuable exposure to career pathways.
